Exchanges & returns

Terms and Conditions

Exchanges
  1. As a customer, you have up to  7 days to initiate an exchange for your order.
  2. The first exchange is free. After that, any additional exchanges will be billed R100.
  3. Exchanges are for situations such as:
    • Incorrect size, color or other specifications.
    • Item damaged before delivery.
    • If a customer wants something different.
Returns
  1. As a customer, you have up to  7 days to initiate a return and to request a refund.
  2. The item is first collected and returned to the facilities first before a refund is processed.
  3. Returns are accepted so long as the integrity of the package that was delivered is still intact.
  4. Returns are for situations such as:
    • Incorrect size, color or other specifications.
    • If the customer is not happy about the quality of the product.
    • Item damaged before delivery.
    • If the package failed to be delivered, a refund can be initiated.
