Our dedicated team expedites the dispatch process, preparing purchased items for shipment within hours to minimize wait times and shorten delivery durations for all DOT Made customers.

Fast Delivery

Same-Day Delivery: Available for local orders.

1-3 Days: Delivery to cities and surrounding neighborhoods.

4-7 Days: Delivery to outlying areas (villages, mines, etc.).

Delivery Methods

Door Delivery

Packages are collected from DOT Made premises by trusted couriers such as Skynet Couriers, Fastway, The Courier Guy, and more, and delivered directly to your doorstep.

Pick-Up Points

Packages are collected from DOT Made premises and delivered to pick-up points for customer collection. This includes services like Pargo Click and Collect, Postnet, BobBox, and DOT Made local pick-up points.

Choosing Your Preferred Delivery Method

When viewing your basket at checkout, you will see the total price and delivery options. Simply select the delivery method that best suits your needs.

Exchanges & Returns

Terms and Conditions

We offer one free exchange or return per order at no cost to you. Cash refunds are processed within 1-7 days.

Exchanges

  1. Time Frame: Initiate an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Cost: The first exchange is free; subsequent exchanges are billed at R100 each.
  3. Eligible Situations:
    • Incorrect size, color, or other specifications.
    • Item damaged before delivery.
    • If you want a different item.

Returns

  1. Time Frame: Initiate a return and request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Process: Items must be collected and returned to our facilities before a refund is processed.
  3. Eligible Situations:
    • Incorrect size, color, or other specifications.
    • Unsatisfactory product quality.
    • Item damaged before delivery.
    • Package failed to be delivered.

How to Track Your Order

Tracking your order is easy, depending on the delivery method chosen:

Pargo Click and Collect
You will receive an email notification with package details and an estimated delivery time, along with a tracking code to track your order on the Pargo website.

Postnet Provide details of your nearest Postnet at checkout. We will send the waybill details once the package is dispatched. Track your order on the Postnet website.

BobBox
Similar to Pargo Click and Collect, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package on the BobBox website.

Door Delivery
You will receive an email with a tracking number or waybill number to track your parcel on the DOT Made website.
